Terms and Conditions 702bet — Platform Rules & Guidelines for Brazilian Players

1Definitions & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 702bet ("Platform", "we") and the user ("Player", "you") who registers and uses the services available at 702bet.best. The Terms apply to all platform features, including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, game shows, the bonus program, and the VIP program.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Account" means the Player's individual, non-transferable account at 702bet;
• "Real Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via accepted payment methods;
• "Bonus Balance" means credits granted by the platform subject to specific rollover conditions;
• "Rollover" means the multiple of bets required to convert bonus balance into funds available for withdrawal;
• "Bet" means any amount wagered on any game or event available on 702bet.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create a 702bet account and use any platform services, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal authorization to use online betting services;
• Hold a valid CPF registered in your name;
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be registered as a politically exposed person (PEP) in conflict with applicable rules;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the 702bet platform or any affiliated platforms.

Each Player may hold only one active account at 702bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — even using different information — violates these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.

By completing registration, the Player confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to keep their details up to date whenever changes occur. 702bet may request supporting documents at any time for identity, address, or source of funds verification.

3Player Account & Security

Your 702bet account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and any authentication codes. 702bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

The Player must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 702bet account;
• Do not share your credentials with third parties;
• Log out when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 702bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date.

702bet may temporarily suspend an account if it detects suspicious activity, access from an unusual location, or behavior that suggests a possible security breach. If an account is suspended, the Player will be notified by email and support will be available to resolve the situation.

The Player is responsible for all bets and transactions made on their account, including those placed before notifying 702bet of unauthorized access. The platform will make reasonable efforts to suspend the account as soon as the issue is reported.

4Deposits

702bet accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$) via the following methods:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Confirmation in up to 5 seconds for any bank with active Pix (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and others);
• Boleto bancário — available on business days. Confirmation within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard issued by Brazilian banks;
• PicPay — instant transfer via app;
• Mercado Pago — transfer via Mercado Pago account;
• TED Transfer — available during banking hours.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. 702bet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, any bank or processing fees are the Player's responsibility in accordance with their bank or digital wallet's policies.

All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in the Player's own name. 702bet does not accept third-party deposits and may request proof of ownership of the payment method used.

5Withdrawals

The Player may request a withdrawal of available real balance at any time, provided that:

• The identity has been verified by 702bet;
• The requested balance is of legitimate origin (deposited by the Player or won through bets and games);
• No pending rollover from an active bonus linked to the balance;
• There is no ongoing security or compliance investigation on the account;
• The requested amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal of R$ 50.00.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered by the Player, which must be in the Player's own name. 702bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason.

Processing times vary according to the Player's VIP tier:

• Bronze: within 24 hours of approval;
• Silver: within 12 hours of approval;
• Gold: within 6 hours of approval;
• Platinum: within 2 hours of approval;
• Diamond: priority processing, usually within minutes.

702bet may request additional documents for withdrawals above internally established thresholds, or in cases where identity verification has not yet been completed. These procedures are part of anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and exist to protect the Player.

6Bonuses & Promotions

702bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, odds boosts, prize tournaments, and daily drops on slots. Each promotion has its own specific terms, available on the Promotions page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to rollover before becoming available for withdrawal;
• Rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, multiplied by the factor specified in each promotion;
• Only bets with odds of 1.40 or higher (for Sports Betting) count toward the bonus rollover, unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Live Casino bets on baccarat, roulette, and blackjack tables count in full toward the rollover, unless stated otherwise;
• Slots bets contribute to the rollover at the percentages specified in each promotion — titles with very high RTP may have a reduced contribution rate;
• Unclaimed bonuses expire within the timeframe indicated in each promotion (typically 7 to 30 days after crediting);
• 702bet reserves the right to modify or end promotions with prior notice to participants.

Participating in any 702bet promotion implies acceptance of that offer's specific terms. If there is a conflict between the general terms described here and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

7Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 702bet covers a wide range of sports and competitions, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana — as well as volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, e-sports, and more.

General sports betting rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. A bet cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except through the "Cash Out" feature where available for the event;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, or not completed for any reason, bets will be refunded to the Player's real balance;
• Obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical failure) may be voided by 702bet, with the staked amount refunded;
• 702bet reserves the right to suspend bets on any market at any time, especially in cases of suspected match manipulation;
• Maximum and minimum bet amounts vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of placing the bet;
• In accumulators (multiples), if one event is cancelled, that selection is treated as a win at odds of 1.00, and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.

702bet uses internationally recognized odds providers and continuously reviews its markets. Outcome decisions follow the official rules of each competition, including extra time and penalty shootouts where applicable as specified in each market.

8Casino, Slots & Games

The Player acknowledges and agrees that:

9VIP Program

The 702bet VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on betting volume and platform activity, according to criteria defined and available on the program page.

Key points about the VIP Program:

• The benefits at each level — cashback, withdrawal speed, personalized bonuses — are applied automatically as long as the Player maintains the corresponding level;
• 702bet reserves the right to revise the progression criteria and benefits for each level with 30 days' prior notice;
• VIP levels may be downgraded due to extended inactivity (no bets placed within a set period) or a violation of the Terms;
• VIP benefits are non-transferable between accounts;
• The VIP manager assigned to Gold members and above is available for personalized support but cannot modify the Terms or create special conditions not set out in this document.

10Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

702bet reserves the right to suspend, block, or permanently close the account of any Player who violates these Terms or engages in any of the following practices:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bonuses;
• Use of automated software, bots, or betting systems that undermine the integrity of the platform;
• Involvement in money laundering schemes or use of the platform for illicit financial transactions;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate tournament or game outcomes;
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior directed at the 702bet support team;
• Systematic professional betting with the sole purpose of exploiting odds through automated setups (abusive-volume arbitrage).

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance and active promotions are automatically cancelled. Real balances from legitimate deposits may be returned following an investigation and compliance with applicable AML regulations.

11Responsible Gambling

702bet is committed to responsible gambling and provides tools to help Players stay in control of their activity on the platform. These tools are available directly in your account settings and include:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit;
• Betting limit: set a maximum amount wagered per period;

• Temporary pause: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion: close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently;

Reducing an active limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit or lifting a temporary pause may require a waiting period of up to 7 days as a protective measure. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

12Privacy & Data Protection

The Player is not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on platform content without express authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of 702bet's software;
• Using the 702bet name, brand, or logo for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

14Limitation of Liability

702bet is committed to keeping the platform available and fully functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, as scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, and force majeure events may temporarily affect the service.

702bet is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from bets freely placed by the Player within the platform's rules;
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the Player's account resulting from the Player's own negligence in protecting their credentials;
• Internet connection issues on the Player's end that affect platform performance;
• Third-party decisions (sports associations, referees, game providers) that affect betting or game outcomes.

Under no circumstances will 702bet's total liability to any individual Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the last 12 months, except where Brazilian law provides otherwise.

15Changes to Terms and Contact

702bet may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the Player at least 15 days in advance by email and/or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
